The session will explore the science of positive emotions and the important role they play in cultivating creativity, resilience and connection. Participants will be taught about the core facets of emotional intelligence and how to cultivate emotional intelligence at work and in life.

This session will focus on how to build thriving relationships at work by the way we inquire and have conversations with others. The session will explore the technique of appreciative inquiry to build innovation, solve business issues and build healthy relationships at work.

Healthy conflict is critical to thriving relationships. This program will explore your approach to conflict, understand the role strengths play in conflict and explore strategies for healthy conflict at work and in life.
