Strategic Planning

 Strategic Planning is  critical to determine the future direction of your organization.  A clear vision and strategic framework gives your organization clarity  in direction and a sense of joint purpose. We will work with you to  provide leadership throughout the entire strategic planning process  including process design, engagement with key stakeholders, project  management and strategic plan design. 

  

Leadership Advisor: We provide coaching and mentorship to leaders to help guide them  through change and realize the desired future state for their organization. This support can include areas such as change management, cultural transformation, engagement, stakeholder relations, strategy implementation and other areas
identified.

Bringing Out the Best in People

Vitality At Work Training Programs: The  focus of these sessions is to explore and apply the science of  positive psychology to build a healthy and thriving workplace. The   sessions are grounded in a highly practical and scientifically based   approach to understanding wellbeing and how it can apply back at work. Some examples of programs include: Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, The Power of Positive Emotions to Foster Resilience, Building Focus in a Distracted Environment, Discover Your Strengths, Building High Performance  Virtual Team and many more!

 

Leadership Development Programs:  Leadership is a central driver to a thriving organization . We provide leadership development programs and coaching in the areas of conflict, leading high performance teams, leading through change, and other key areas. We can also customize programs to meet the needs of your organization. 


Strength Based Coaching: We provide coaching on how to apply the science of positive  psychology into your work and life to improve wellbeing and thriving. We focus on areas such as mindfulness, strengths, appreciative inquiry, emotional intelligence and how to bring these forward in a meaningful way.  


Organizational Planning

Employee Feedback provides  an excellent starting point for improving your organization from the  ground up. We offer a wide range of approaches including one-on-one  interviews, an employee satisfaction survey and/or cultural surveys.  These assessments can be customized to meet your business needs.


Organizational Design that  matches your  strategy and organizational needs is critical for  successful business performance. We will work with you to identify  what’s most suited to your business. 



Thriving Organizations

Cultural Discovery and Strategic Plan: A clear and focused cultural strategic plan is critical to maintaining the strengths of today and building the organization for the future. We focus on the development of an organizational culture strategy through a process that explores the current strengths and future aspirations for  organizational culture. 


Thriving Teams: Teams are core to a thriving organization. We provide  programs to support in building thriving teams that are vulnerable, engage  in healthy conflict, focus on peer-to-peer accountability and results. 


Employee Engagement Surveys:  A   great starting point to gain perspective on your  organizational vitality is   to conduct an engagement survey. The Kirwin Group’s survey   includes key indicators such as company inspiration, meaning, satisfaction, individual vitality and other important areas. 

Attracting Top Talent

Recruitment and Selection can be addressed in one of two ways: 1. Internal Process: We will work  with you in designing and implementing a hiring process that can be used  by your own people. It includes defining requirements, attracting  candidates, and selecting candidates (interviewing, testing, reference  checking, offering employment, employment contracts). We also provide  the necessary training to ensure successful implementation of the  process. 2. External Process: We will do it all for you, conducting the  recruitment and selection process based on your identified needs, then  recommending those who stand out as the top candidates. 

  

Interview Coaching provides  individual assistance designed to help you determine what your areas of  strength are; and help you overcome your current interview challenges.


Preparation, Job Search and Resume Advice   we can provide guidance and recommendations on how and where to target  your individual job search as well as evaluate and provide feedback and  advice on your current resume.
